If you want a diamond heart pendant, then feast your senses on the our first jewelry specimen, the rose gold and black diamond heart pendant, the Adamo Heart in 14-karat rose gold with black diamond and pink sapphire pave. This pendant is heart-shaped, set with a smaller, pink sapphire heart in the middle. Both the foreground and the small heart sparkle when hit by light.
